The following criteria will provide players with an exemption directly into the 85th Monroe Invitational.
WORLD AMATEUR EXEMPTIONS
- Top 250 World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR)
- 2026 Jones Cup Invitational – Champion
- 2025 Monroe Invitational – Top 5 Finish
- 2025 US Amateur Championship – Round of 8 or Better
- 2025 US Junior Amateur Championship – Semi-Finalist or Better
- 2025 Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship – Champion
- 2026 The Amateur Championship – Round of 8 or Better
- 2026 European Amateur Championship – Champion
- 2026 Latin America Amateur Championship – Champion
MID-AMATEUR EXEMPTIONS
- 2025 US Mid-Amateur Championship – Semi-Finalist or Better
- 2025 Crump Cup Memorial Tournament – Champion
- 2026 George L. Coleman Invitational – Champion
- 2026 George C. Thomas Invitational – Champion
LOCAL AMATEUR EXEMPTIONS
- 2025 Monroe Golf Club – Club Champion
- 2026 RDGA John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial – Champion
- 2026 NYS Amateur Championship – Champion
